Stuart Miller, Partner
Stuart is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.
e gives corporate and commercial advice, largely to owner-managers
and some public companies. Stuart has worked in the Anglo-German
sector for over 15 years, having first studied German law at university
from 1982. His work is mostly cross-border in nature, whether
transactional or involving private international law, acting for
many clients in the technology, bio-medical and pharmaceuticals
sectors. He has recently advised on matters relating to competition
law, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and relocation,
letters of credit and telephony software supply agreements. Stuart
also handles commercial dispute resolution matters, which have
resulted in a number of reported cases.
Stuart recently joined Orr Rosenfalck LLP. He trained in London
and then spent 10 years with a major national law firm, where
he founded that firm's German department, including 4 years as
founder and partner in charge of its Frankfurt office, followed
by a spell in the City of London.

Jurists' Assocation and the German-Speaking Lawyers' Association.
He speaks regularly at exporters' seminars, including events organised
by Trade Partners in the East of England.
Stuart speaks fluent German and conversational French.
Orr Rosenfalck's
success is founded upon excellent knowledge of our chosen areas
of legal practice linked to legal craftsmanship but with an absence
of stuffiness.
A consistent connection between the specialist areas of practice
of Orr Rosenfalck is the international dimension. Our lawyers
work closely with professionals in other countries on matters
involving more than one legal system. Orr Rosenfalck has handled
work covering every continent. When using our international network
of trusted associates, we take great care to supervise and monitor
the quality of the work carried out on behalf of our clients.
When dealing with lawyers in continental Europe, clients often
find that they are more generalised in the legal areas they cover
and not as specialised as would typically be the case in the UK
or the US.

Sven Brehmer
President and CEO, PolyCore Software, Inc.
Prior to founding PolyCore Software, Brehmer served as senior
director in charge of Wind Rivers Embedded Platforms Division,
then home of VxWorks, pSOS and VSPWorks. Brehmer directed the
on-schedule release of Tornado 2.2/VxWorks 5.5. He came to Wind
River through the acquisition of Integrated Systems in 2000, where
Brehmer served as the chief operating officer and executive VP
of DIAB-SDS, the market leader in embedded development tools for
32-bit RISC processors and a subsidiary of Integrated Systems.
Prior to DIAB-SDS, Brehmer was the president and CEO of Diab
Data, a software company developing compilers for the embedded
market and the market leader for PowerPC compilers. Brehmer led
the management buyout of Diab Data from the French parent company
Groupe Bull, and he negotiated its merger with Integrated Systems
in 1995.
Brehmer received his Master's degree in Electronics Engineering
from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden.
PolyCore Software, Inc.,
a California corporation with its core R&D in Belgium, was
founded in 2003 to provide run-time solutions and development
tools to ease the development of new applications and migration
of existing code to multi-core and multi-processor systems. Reprogrammable
multi-core and multi-processor systems are flexible and provide
performance and power consumption advantages at reasonable production
costs, but they substantially increase software complexity, in
particular for heterogeneous systems. Performance and power consumption
are important in many applications but they are absolutely critical
in multi-media enabled handheld devices and 3G base stations,
primary target markets for PolyCore Software, where heterogeneous
multi-core/processor platforms are already a de facto standard
today.
Simplification of multi-core programming requires new and adapted
software platforms to manage the additional complexity and reduce
time to market, while optimizing the overall system behaviour.
PolyCore Software's multi-core platform includes a real-time OS
enabled inter-core communication run-time, and system development
tools and dynamic system management tools will be released in
stages over next 2-3 years. The platform will be integrated with
EDA tools to balance the flexibility of embedded software with
the performance of custom hardware.
Products
Poly-Messenger, & Poly-Generator, PolyCore Softwares
Inter-Processor Communication Framework (IPCF) and configuration
tool, and initial product offerings, abstracts the communication
mechanism from the application developer and provides a unified
application interface. Poly-Messenger will allow the developer
to change the design late in the process, to move the application
with minimal effort to next generation hardware, by reconfiguration.
To provide a complete run-time software platform, Poly-Messenger
is integrated with real-time operation systems.
